Most new housing developments are justifiably condemned as being bland, repetitive and designed to suit the needs of developers and their bankers and the whims of planning authorities rather than the people who live in and near them.
Dragonsway stands out as an exception to the trend, building houses and communities on the principles that guided the builders of previous ages.
Our customers are individuals and so are our buildings, generally each to a unique design carefully crafted to belong to the land and surroundings and enrich the lives of successive generations who will call them home.
Local architectural traditions and materials are respected, while adapting to modern needs. Cars are accommodated but without forgetting that they should serve not dominate – we consider pedestrians first and foremost.
We are alert to possibilities for use of renewable energy, and build the highest practical standard of thermal insulation into our houses.
Dragonsway Wales Ltd is based in West Wales and is ultimately owned and controlled by the Managing Director, Michael Ritchie.
